I record all package openings just in case something like this happens. I believe he accidentally sent it to another buyer. This kind of stuff happens with new sellers so it's a good learning lesson. I buy a lot on this app that whatnot refunds my problems pretty much instantly so all was handled. I would have really liked this coin but I guess it was meant for someone else. All items I received were packed great and shipped quickly, I will continue to buy from this seller as I enjoyed the stream.
