was broken pendant cannot be attached to the necklace. Please submit an optional brooch or comparative brooch.It was a $3 brooch. Not vintage. In your message to whatnot you said it wasn’t the brooch you paid for. I guess you aren’t aware that video receipts exist. So much for that accusation. Why on earth would I package a broken necklace. That would have been obvious that you would make a complaint once receiving it. So again makes no sense. I told you to reach out to whatnot to say damaged in shipping. You didn’t want to do that. Instead you wanted me to replace it ? Again no sense. I am all about customer service but lying over a $3 brooch that you likely broke yourself is when you lose me. I asked if you wanted to me to hold your item and encouraged you to come back into my show and select pick up so you can add into your order and SAVE on shipping. So you came back on the 16th and took me up on my offer and selected pick up. Since you didn’t buy anything further I waited not even a week to ship out and communicated that to you via messaging. If you were unhappy with anything I would have helped since I’m all about that. I then received my order, there wasn't even my order summary, let alone a not explained the delay. there was nothing to protect to order, no protective packaging, no wrapping at all, just items in their bags in a box with a single tissue. The items were what I saw in the live and those were what I expected. nice vintage items, packaged well and arrived in a timely manner.
