Going by the picture you sent me, I was under the understanding that only 1 of the $1 bundles that you purchased got damaged. I hate when items get damaged and I am so sorry. I am also sorry that you had problems getting a refund from Whatnot. I did give you two other options that I would still be happy to do, which was either give you a credit for one of my shows, or send you items to replace the ones that were damaged in the bundle in route. These things happen from time to time, but I’m always willing to make it right. Have a very blessed day my first purchase is amazing. Will follow and refer her shows to my friends. Beautiful, solid, true vintage pieces. First of all, I received my purchases 2 days after I bought them, yes, you read that right, 2 days! I spent a little more than usual on one piece that I had to have. Shortly after the auction was over the seller messaged me stating that the brooch had a few flaws and she was willing to give me a full refund and still send the brooch!
