Reviews (26)My first order from this seller was acceptable, with items properly weighed and photographed. However, my second order was a complete mess. The seller forgot an item and charged me $30 in shipping for 1 box due to incorrect weights. A “new” item I received was stained and did not match the description in the video. When I reached out to resolve the issue and returned the item as instructed, the seller refused to take responsibility. Instead, she blamed the platform and claimed she contacted support, mistakenly believing I was already refunded by Whatnot when the return label was sent to me. Additionally, the seller denied my refund for the forgotten item and promised to mail it 3 days later, which never happened. This level of service is unacceptable and demonstrates a clear lack of accountability. Safe to say I will no longer purchase with this seller. As advertised! Love the additional gift. Everyone go give them a follow. It’s a great show with great people.
