Reviews (26)My first order from this seller was acceptable, with items properly weighed and photographed. However, my second order was a complete mess. The seller forgot an item and charged me $30 in shipping for 1 box due to incorrect weights. A “new” item I received was stained and did not match the description in the video. When I reached out to resolve the issue and returned the item as instructed, the seller refused to take responsibility. Instead, she blamed the platform and claimed she contacted support, mistakenly believing I was already refunded by Whatnot when the return label was sent to me. Additionally, the seller denied my refund for the forgotten item and promised to mail it 3 days later, which never happened. This level of service is unacceptable and demonstrates a clear lack of accountability. Safe to say I will no longer purchase with this seller. We are so sorry that you had a bad experience with shipping. As I told you, we do not do billing or refunds. That is done through WhatNot. We have no access to your credit card at all. We tried several times to make things right with your order and make you happy. Our policy is No Refunds or Cancellations. That is listed in our show notes on our page.
