Didn’t follow through on promise to send all 4 different colors when purchasing 4 squishy cubes. Tried to reach out, but their support wasn’t helpful. Luckily Whatnot refunded me. Also, packaging is pretty sloppy and some items arrived popped open or ripped. Products themselves were good though. Items I got were good, but the host promised that if you buy 4 of an item, you’d get all 4 colors. When I received 2 blue and 2 yellow I reached out to the seller only to be told that they had hired a new person and they messed up. Nothing to fix the issue. Worst part was I had bought 4 to make sure I got a purple and a pink - which obviously didn’t happen. If they’re going to make claims to make people buy more, they need to follow through! Also, the packaging was pretty sloppy. Everything thrown in a bubble mailer so the lids popped off of some stuff and tore packaging on others. From what my kids tell me got the rare Gold one!!
