I can get it repaired but the way it was packaged leads me to believe they knowingly sent it broken. another item I ordered was a clamper bracelet that has a very weak clamp insofar as it is absolutely not secure when on the wrist making it completely unwearable. This flaw wasn’t called out on the show. Sellers make call outs of flaws on items so bidders can make informed decisions. At least good ones do.
