Bought 21 silver dimes and was sent 12 penny’s. Do not purchase from this person! Won a 1964 Kennedy half dollar. They decided to send me a 1980 clad Kennedy. Wouldn't have been so bad to send at least a 40% coin. Not very good purchase on my part. I definitely should have read the reviews. This seller wrapped the roots in a wet paper towel and when I “carefully” removed the roots they still tore a bit because of how tightly and wet they are packed. It was like some were wet with the paper towel and dried onto the roots. I have ordered from 4 different sellers with plants and not once did I not receive a pot and soil along with it. I was very disappointed that this wasn’t stated in the bio. Definitely something that should have been mentioned.
Also my plants were not protected when receiving the order, they came in a large box and had 1 shopping bag looking thing on the bottom. So basically my plants were just having a party in the box going from place to place I love my new babies!!! They arrived happy and healthy!!! Thank you so much!!! Both plants were dead on arrival. There was no shipping delays or any delivery issues. I opened the box and both plants had a tiny piece of dried up tissue wrapped around the roots and a small piece of a plastic wrapped over the tissue. Dirt was all over inside the box and 1 sheet of packing paper crumpled up. Poor packaging, these 2 poor plants never had a chance. I reached out to the seller and they told me they would ship new ones but I have yet to see them. But if they do show up I'm sure they will be dead too. I was hoping to be able to give a good review based on how this seller handled the situation. Unfortunately, I can’t. I ordered 13 plants that arrived late, very poorly packaged, and dead. Instead of trying to correct the issue she got more upset about getting a bad review and when I asked for a refund she blocked me. I would have changed that bad review had she tried to correct the problem. 13 dead plants and their only concern was getting a bad review. Sad. I was a bit disappointed to have my elephant ear arrive packaged the way it did. there was no protection for the plant besides some empty envelopes laid on top of it while it was taped to the bottom side of the box. it didnt come with any kind of soil or container (no warning), so while it was delayed in transit for over 5 days, half of the plant died (delay was of no fault of the seller, usps has been horrible lately). additionally, the bottom roots were squished, bent, & taped together against a paper towel - so the roots searched for any moisture and borrowed into the paper towel, making unwrapping it super stressful to both me and the plant. ended up losing 1/3 of the roots as well due to the way they were wrapped. again, the shipping issue was of no fault to the seller, but they were aware of the shipping delays and did nothing to protect the plant just in case.. im still giving a 4 star review bc the plants alive and I managed to salvage it and hes still pretty + good price 👍🏻 Beautiful and healthy plants! Seller is very communicative and happy to answer any questions. Great experience. Missing item although seller reached out. I’m realizing this is the same seller that I previously used under. Different account the plants come not potted but it’s the lack of care of protecting the un potted plants that I have an issue with. I can’t say I’ll be ordering again. Which is a shame because they do have great plants during live and prices but if there is no packaging care I can’t order again I ordered 13 plants and they arrived late, poorly packaged, and dead. Super bummed. plants were poorly boxed for shipping, they were shipped bare root which was not specified, my ZZ plant didn't have a root at all-it was a stem which is not what was shown or specified This plant did not come to me looking like this. It was one leaf that was taped to the bottom of a box with tape wrapped around a paper napkin. I was not satisfied at all Most plants came in super dry. Please mention during show if they will come potted or not. Otherwise very pleased I was a bit surprised to find everything shipped bare root, that might have been specified and I just missed it though! It was not a problem, in fact, I was happy to be able to see so easily that all of my new plants had such healthy roots! Everything looks great and healthy. Will purchase again :) well hydrated and happy plant. there was a shipment issue, seller was responsive and solved it immediately!
