Reviews (71)thank uouGlad you enjoyed thank you for the review! never received the order, but reached out to whatnot and was refunded, will try again another show! If I had the option to choose zero stars I would but since that isnt possible one star will have to suffice!! Extremely unsatisfied with this purchase!! It specifically says that an icepack is included and you have the option to purchase extra icepacks if you choose, however my order didn't have a single icepack at all, not one!! I took it out of the box, took my picture off all the contents in the box and literally threw it all away!! Completely unsafe to eat, especially having traveled from one coast to the other!! Atleast have the courtesy to include some sort of cold pack especially knowing the distance your product is traveling!! Very unprofessional, unsafe to consume and poor representation of your business!!You only ordered one item $4. I gave you free over night UPS 1 Day shipping. Arrived in 1 day before 8am. Non perishable items don’t get icepacks I say clearly in my live to buy icepacks to all customers. Not an option and my live is recorded. Blocked & reported to whatnot. Received the cards. Thank you!! never hotYour welcome for the giveaway Never received but I’m sure it was good

Why didn’t you contact me? I refunded you due to shipping issue. Take care. Tysm ❤️ 😊 🙏 I appreciate you and love everything ❤️ Food was sent unsafe. I didn’t hear that I needed to purchase ice separately. So the food was sent without 2 small igloo pack that wasn’t even cold when it got to me. Whatnot is covering the refund the company didn’t because they say their policy is no refund and the didn’t offer to replace the order all they said is that they said ice should be purchased and they shipped the food items overnight Food arrived safe in 1 day UPS air delivery. It is made clear during all shows it is up to the buyer to purchase more icepacks to help keep their own food cold. Whatnot covered me and fully refunded you although no food was bad. The claim with UPS was denied because the food was safely delivered with 1 DAY AIR. All food in this show was shipped with an ice pack and fully frozen, arrived by 8am. At this point it was up to you to help keep your food colder. There is no buyers remorse for any reason. Fast shipping.
