If I could give 10 stars I would. They go above and beyond with customer service. USPS had a big delay in shipping which was not the sellers fault at all. But they resolved the issue quickly. And when the pen arrived it was even higher quality than I expected so I purchased 4 more immediately after this one arrived. Again if I could give 10 stars I would. Everyone needs a bastion pen. 🖊️ even if you don’t write or draw often it’s an awesome fidget toy that’s warranted for life. I do draw with mine and it writes amazingly smooth but it’s a fidget toy for me that I use daily for that purpose while I work. It makes my other pens look like junk. Fast shipping and received in good condition super nice pen. this one gets to be mine.
