Can’t wait to see what’s coming next! Lots of great stuff, live cuts, precuts, slabs polished and rough.Great deals! Looks amazing, love this amazing seller. Seller did not send the buyers givvy stated in live. I’m a little confused because on video, I gave options and you chose the Tigers Eye, so that’s what I sent. I’m leaving this review based on my actual experience because I want other buyers to have accurate information.
The first time I purchased from this seller, I won a Buyer Giveaway, but the promised item was not sent. After I reached out, the seller acknowledged the mistake and promised to make it right.
During a later show, the seller ran a giveaway stating that the previously promised item would be sent. I also won a Follower Giveaway during that show.
When the second package arrived, it contained only half of the turkish agate promised from the first giveaway, and the Follower Giveaway prize was missing entirely.
I’m disappointed because I gave the seller an opportunity to correct the original issue, and the problem happened again. I’m sharing my experience so other buyers can make an informed decision.Heya!
I’m terribly sorry about all of the mixups that have taken place; recently I’ve had to take on all responsibilities for the entire company, which has led to some forgetfulness on my part. I strive to keep everything as organized as possible, but with more than one brain injury, apparently I need to take better notes! I’ll direct message you to see how we may resolve this! Gorgeous slabs!! Thank you so much! Packaged so well too!!! Thank you for the extras! Top seller!! Packaged well and shipped fast. Thank you for the freebie. I only like to follow shows that have good honest people running them. Batwings is one of those shows. If Dusty doesn't like a stone he goes over and above for you!!! Integrity still means a lot today!! 💓💓💓💓💓Hey Nancy! Thank you so much!! It’s true, though! If I cut something and it’s not to my standards, I’ll keep cutting!
