Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We looked into your concern and it appears you didn't place an order but rather won a free giveaway on July 25th. Given that was a Friday, this likely didn't ship out until Monday the 27th via envelope shipping. That said, the tracking is showing as delivered which suggests it arrived in under a week. We can understand the frustration when things take longer to arrive that anticipated but that doesn't appear to be the case here.
