Reviews (4,112)I had a broken bottle of essential oil in box and everything in that box had to be thrown away because the smell was horrendous and wouldn't come off. I was only refunded for the essential oil and not all the products that were damaged quite a bit more noticeable marks than the other 2 bought with it. beautiful set!!! fast shipping!! cant wait to try them!! thank you again!! Literally the fastest I’ve ever received anything from you all!!! Tysm!! Super fast shipping and great pans, very satisfied as always, highly recommend this seller! I love all the woks I purchased. They are exactly how he says they were. But I need to tell him he plays too much. Also, I wanna tell him is don’t worry about what they’re saying in the chat. You get sidelined and focus on that other than the product so be careful. But I love the kid either way.
The bottom of the box was falling out, so we need to make sure the bottom is taped as securely as the top but other than that pretty good Love the HBA shows, such great deals!❣️🎉❣️🎉❣️ I 💯 got alot of great deals!! thank you so very much! Quick shipping and arrived puuurrfect!!! ty again!! E. p.s I'll be back lol box was ripped handles all scratched up I got 2 woks and one 10” pan. The woks are awesome but the pan was a bit too damaged on the inside. I’ve dressed it but it’s too far damaged on the inside. Also, the package arrived open but luckily everything was inside. They are amazing pans and great condition. Just needs more secure packing. Better taping and some filler the handles were sticking out of this box too. Love the hexclad! In great condition. The packaging could be better the handles arrived sticking out of the box. But other than that it didn’t come open like my last box. Just need a little filler and better taping. I’m happy with my pans. Awesome seller, super fast shipping and pans are wonderful /users%2F10066680%2Fstore%2F2c98f45e-a00f-4e61-a351-96ae85958738.jpeg)
