Reviews (24)I had no idea that the item was broke and they fixed it but it’s fine. I will take it.. it was a chain that had broke instead of fixing it the right way they just put a loop/clasp in place where part of the chain should’ve connected just so they could easily fix it.. I have 2 purchases from this seller one i have almost 10 items i bought, he only created label and never shipped and he blamed to USPS for not delivering. it was never scan from beginning and as seller by myself I know how usps works. and another purchase he send completely different items. It waste of time for me to stay in his live and purchases all those items. After receiving multiple wrong items and missing a few items from a large order, I contacted seller to see how to fix. Tried to help guide them how to do so, with no luck. I did receive the 3 missing items but no help with figuring out the mix ups. Also multiple items described and sold as sterling tested as not sterling. Loved my sterling silver items. Exactly as you presented.
