She always ships the next day. Any items that are fragile (example: pressed makeup powders) always come bubble wrapped. Everything is always clean, new and organized. 100% recommended! Products look old, the packaging was messy and was told there would be a mixture of face tint- I only got 2 colors out of 8 tubes. Seller didn’t wrap liquid items separately made a mess in the box. Hard to sell when boxes look wet and damaged. Shipping took a long time. you seen exactly what shades you were going to recieve and you confirmed on video. liquids were sealed and bagged as was everything else. I bundle everything so it all had its own bag. these were shipped next day so any delays were out of my control. and you got a refund so not sure why you here telling big story's.
