My eyeshadow palette unfortunately got busted up during shipping. I had sent the seller a message about it just asking if she knew how I could fix it(as I’ve heard you can repack the eyeshadow), she replied back within a day offering to send another one despite me not even asking for a replacement! I didn’t expect to receive a replacement over an issue that was no fault of the sellers, so for her to outright offer was very generous!
