It was sent in just a penny sleeve inside a regular envelope, with no top loader or proper protection, which is completely inadequate for shipping cards safely.
The seller refused to take responsibility and claimed it wasn’t their fault, even though the lack of proper packaging clearly caused the damage. Instead of resolving the issue, they told me to go through other channels, which is not helpful at all.
Very disappointing experience poor packaging, poor service, and no accountability. I would strongly advise others to avoid this seller.I posted your card in a penny sleeve, uses a hard back envelope and a semi rigid. it got damaged in transit mate. im really sorry it got damaged in transit but I told you to get into contact with whatnot support because theyre best for this type of thing! our packaging wasn't the issue as I have never had this issue from anyone else. this review does not reflect me as a seller and im disappointed at this review.
