It was packed safely and delivered in pristine condition. However, the item I received was not what what pictured. In her own words, she pulled a picture from the internet and did not verify what she was selling. I did not receive the special as pictured with this review; I received the standard colorway of the figure. She made every excuse in the book as to why this was not her fault and how I should be happy to get what she sent for the price she offered. She berated me, insulted me and refused to take the item back because I opened the box to see what, in fact, was inside.
Honestly, if you asked me, I would advise you not to buy from her. I can almost guarantee that she will respond to this review with nasty accusations and self-righteousness. Let my lesson-learned be your guide in making your own decision. For me, she is a never again.You made an offer to buy the Hirono Snow melts with a value of $300 or more and I honored it which was only $130 for a sealed box. When you said you expected the secret instead you demanded a refund or else you would do this. I accepted the refund and when you found out you had to return it you got mad. You never sent it. In fact you opened the sealed box that had a clear pic of what was inside. If you want proof I have screenshots of the communication and it’s her that was doing all the berating. Please know that this is abusive to small sellers to try to keep a high value item for free. Everything was very nicely packaged! Becky is so so sweet; she always includes some gifts for my family. Tysm!!! Becky is super sweet! She even included gifts for my kids and husband with my purchase. Tysm!
