When we get less than 5 stars I always have to see why. We shipped this order out the next day on the 8/14 from Florida and it had to get to you in Utah. That’s gonna take some time. I watched the video to make sure we didn’t misrepresent on that prop and we didn’t. We made clear it was plastic and should just be a shelf sitter. I don’t know what more we could have done or said.
