Reviews (196)2/4 items came in very poor condition , not noted at all in the live. When i reached out to the seller she was pretty dismissive . Said that the items are shown in the live and have “minimal wear” and “may have staining”. When the bra has the bow hanging on by a thread, threads coming off the item, and item is beat up i think that should be pointed out as I cannot tell those things through the phone. Also the slip dress had a huge hole and oil stain. Please examine your items before selling them. Most sellers try to point out any call outs on items. When you reached out I agreed I had not adequately called out some flaws and directed you to Whatnot support as that is my understanding of the refund process. While I noted in my show notes that some items may have light staining, it was not meant to be dismissive I was just referencing my live sale protocol. I never want anyone to feel dismissed or ignored. That’s why when you didn’t reply I assumed everything had been resolved through Whatnot and you were satisfied.
