Reviews (6)The items ended up damaged because the seller packaged cards loosely in only penny sleeves inside a bubble mailer. 0 toploaders, 0 card board, nothing firm or structurally sound to keep the cards from getting damaged.
I reached out to the seller about this multiple times and received a response that they acknowledged they didn’t package the items properly but no resolution. Whatnot also offered no resolution, even after they acknowledged the sellers mistake and how the seller was responsible for being negligent. I had to charge this back with my bank because the seller and platform refused to help me. I would steer far and clear from this seller and honestly the platform at this point because they are complicit in aiding scammers. I offered you a refund if you would send the items back and did not send the items back so there for I did not send the money back. I have the message to show that if you was to return the items I would refund you
