Whether it was to your address or not, the carrier is responsible. You need to file a claim with USPS or WhatNot Support regarding carrier delivery. I packaged and shipped your order accurately and timely, with the package status tracker updated upon carrier receipt. This wrongfully puts the blame on me. Truly amazing seller.
