more wear then what I saw initially Kandi, you bought a ceramic owl that was intended to look distressed and it was shown very clearly and up close. Rather than leave a small business a negative review which affects their livelihood, perhaps consider reaching out to the seller first. Had you done that, I would have been more than thrilled to refund you and offer you an additional coupon even though I can’t control things like poor vision as the item was definitely described and shown clearly.
