Reviews (410)seller has horrible customer service. wants me to return a broken item that was broken in shipment. which she didnt wrap properly. I told her I wasn't returning an item and had never been asked to return anything before she said I could repair it and resell it. I said I would never do it she said SHE DOES. so she admitted to being a THIEF! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER EVER. I HAVE NEVER GIVEN A BAD REVIEW ON WN. YET I HAVE 20K FOLLOWERS. I sent back the original item. usps is usps and had an issue getting the package to her. her passive aggressive demeanor in her message essentially asking me why I didn't send back her item was not necessary. her item was sent back and I provided her the tracking number as a screenshot of the label. it was out for delivery. later that day she send me another message that it wasn't delivered. I looked on usps and in fact it was delivered. I replied to her message that it was delivered. her response was simply the word finally. no thank you for getting the tracking info, sending it safe and protected, nothing.
