Great price and one of my favorite shampoos, and I do appreciate that it was wrapped tightly in bubble wrap. Unfortunately, the bottle cap was clearly loose before packaging, since there’s no way it could have opened during transit while wrapped that tightly. As a result, shampoo leaked all over the package. Thankfully, not all of the shampoo was wasted but it was still disappointing and messy to deal with. Great deals, love Redken products and can’t wait to try the K18. Thanks! Super nice seller!
