When I asked during the live, I was told I had to set up signature confirmation but my understanding is only the seller can do it. My profile is toggled on for signature confirmation. I had to change my day and rush home since a gold diamond ring was left in a package in front of my door. Very unsafe in Los Angeles. How do I communicate with them if they don’t read my messages?
