I was really hoping she would be one of the new sellers I’d shop with because she has such cute items! Unfortunately, I won a giveaway and didn’t receive what I actually won.
I reached out to her with photos as proof because I simply wanted to understand what happened and ask about the giveaway item. Instead of responding, I was BLOCKED.
I wasn’t being rude or demanding anything—I was genuinely just trying to figure out why I received something different from what I thought I had won. Personally, I wouldn’t have entered the giveaway had I known what I would actually be receiving.
I’m honestly disappointed by how the situation was handled. I just don’t understand why I was blocked for asking a simple question.
