Four Hummel figurines forced into one small box with only a 12 inch square of small bubble wrap around them. I was really excited about adding these to my collection. Luckily the other three are fine. Wish I could add pictures/video to this review. Received package very quickly but I would have okay waiting a little longer for better packing. Packing was totally inadequate for ceramic pieces. A one layer wrap of bubble wrap with 6 figures placed in a large box with apiece of paper placed above and below meant they bounced around. Lot H125. H73. andH11 all came with the heads broken totally off and pieces cracked. I would hope for a refund for those pieces and better packing in the future for anyone else purchasing from you
