However what I won was a CD. Instead of trying to work with me on a return the seller was defensive and basically told me I was out of luck. if it had been made clear that getting a CD was a possibility I never would have swiped. Honestly very disappointing.The request for a return was outside of Whatnot’s terms and conditions. I reviewed the video receipt and we VERY clearly stated that everything that was listed in the game was in the show notes and you could look and see that it was there. After the purchase we talked about the CD and we also showed it on screen. There was no mention that they did not want a CD at that time or we would have happily traded it for something else like we did with others in the show. Love the shows! Love the energy!! Arrived fast and in great packaging and condition! Came quickly, packaged well, in great condition.
