Reviews (15)Never again, seller scammed me. One of the worst experiences here on Whatnot. Seller scammed me and never sent the most expensive item from a a lot of phones I bought. After many msg where at last she admitted to have "forgotten" to include it, she charged me more shipping to send it separately. Paid the extra shipping and she gave me a tracking number and after almost 3 weeks the tracking never updated hinting that the package was never picked up by USPS. Had to involve Whatnot support for help. Gave the seller the benefit of the doubt all throughout the process but at the end it was exactly what I suspected, never sent it. Smells heavily of tobacco or something of the sort. my original purchase was already a bargain but the extra thank yous....I feel like a thief. arrived safe and sound. thank you Fake I was told it’s 14 k and has been tested has no hallmarks and is not 14k I do not believe this happened to me after the reviews I’ve seen on this account and the clasps aren’t the same I would like to return the items for a refund and the waste of time
I'm sorry but the chain was not a fake what gold I have sold has been real I highly highly recommend Bestie beads !! She crushed this order ! What made this transaction one I’ll ALWAYS REMEMBER & WHY SHE’LL FOREVER STICK OUT IN MY MIND as an incredible example of CUSTOMER SERVICE & the fact that she took the time to hand make me a bracelet that said “HORSESHOE HOARDER” on it w/ 2 silver charms (horse & horseshoe) & turquoise stone beads scattered throughout—she 100% NAILED IT! I couldn’t have made it better for myself (it was made w/ my fav colors & style preferences etc….& all she knew about me was what she gathered based on these 5 items I purchased from her — time buyer/first time interacting/first time in her show).
I honestly teared up a little with appreciation & because I knew that she had personally taken the time to HAND-MAKE ME A FREE BRACELET & included it as a thank you TO ME for SHOPPING w/ her has MADE ME HER CUSTOMER FOR LIFE!
