I wanted to work with you to rectify the situation but no response.It was a pleasure having you in my show. My apologies for the delayed response. I was out for a few days and upon my return I quickly researched and messaged but wasn’t given the opportunity to rectify since the review had been completed. Video receipts reflect $5 American Eagle size 6 jeans rerun request made and you were the recipient. Your message asked to trade it for size 14? Sz 6 not a 14, you were sent the AE sz 6 you Video receipts clearly specified size 6 AE jeans. I strive for 💯 customer satisfaction. I ALWAYS make it right if an error was made on my end and even if we a se I'm very dissatisfied. Both of my orders are wrong. I messaged you 2 times and got no response. Both are the wrong size and and the shirt was supposed to be new with tags and is used and tacky. It's also the wrong size. Purchased June 28, 2026 and received July 14,2026 Thank you so much.
