Bought a few items then after the live I was messaged to say the items smelled of smoke and she would wash them. This is after saying they smelled fine while on the live. They have arrived still smelling of smoke and damp. One items has dog hairs all over it and the other white shorts have either blood stains or worse in the crutch. Absolutely vile and disgusting. I have raised a complaint to WN with photo proof. Well I do think this is out of order. None of the clothes had stains on and didn't not smell or damp either. They were all washed and cleaned then dried. But thank you for this. Feel free to raise this as I have never had an issue before.
I never say my items come from a pet free home as I have a dog. So sometimes that's a given.

Bought 3 items, 2 was great however the 3rd which was a jumper was extremely bobbly and out of shape 2nd order. Great prices again. I'll be back again :) items are as described and came fast thank you Hi Bethanyjay,Thank you so much for my lovely items 💕 .
