I can’t control the usps unfortunately and once they leave me I can only hope they take care of the order. Luckily I’ve only had this happen another other time in nearly 5k orders sold…. I did receive all of the items that I ordered but they aren’t fit to eat as cookies.Oh no! I’m sorry to hear that. Shoot me a message and see if we can fix this. I do bake the orders the next day but I cannot control the usps… especially when they stopped everything around the 4th of July. I AM a one woman baker and you had a large order… I baked your entire order in two days and didn’t make anyone else’s.
