Shipped fast and all products arrived safe🫶🏼 Box came damaged and it did not have anything inside to protect the products. Fortunately the tote bags did not come damaged. No plastic covering on the bags Box was not a sturdy box, rather used. You could see the bags through the areas that the box got damaged. Work on better packaging and you'll improve your ratings. Shipping was delayed but the product arrived as described boxes were beat to heck. poor wrapping. shipping took forever and kept telling me he shipped them when he really didn't. bad business Received my order- box came in it’s original box- all beat up and opened!! Definitely recommend putting more thought in shipping so items don’t get damaged. Can’t beat the price! Awesome car rolling backpack. My kid loves it!
