shipping slow because its the postal service. Maybe switch to UPS when its clubs. Get in two days instead of 12.. Packaging-reused box that still had global golf label on it addressed to him. Really thin cardboard very flimsy. Accuracy was not as described in my opinion. Reached out to Seller for more clarification. Was told he's never seen a used hybrid sold with out scratches.... I agree that some hybrids and woods have scratches but not all used ones do! Maybe next time describe as is and not super clean. We had a little mixup but they went above and beyond to make it right.
