It’s in a pre-loved condition with visible signs of usage such as discoloration of the Vachetta strap and design which usually happens with LV bags as the bag gets older. For the price I paid, $900 I think it’s still a reasonable price which is about half the price of a brand new LV neverfull tote bag. The bag came with Entrupy COA as well which is nice. There is no excuse for how we handled the packaging this time. We ran out of boxes and, rather than holding your order until we received more, we made the wrong decision. We should have taken the extra time to stop at a store and get a suitable box instead of shipping your bag in a plastic bag.
