Good Records, but Disappointing Handling of a Recurring Packaging Issue. The vinyl record itself was as described, but unfortunately this is the second time I have received a damaged package. I raised the packaging concerv perviously and suggested additional internal protection, particularly because the records are ultimately being forwarded internationally. Other Whatnot sellers I purchase from have been willing to provide additional protection when requested. what is most disappointing is the response from BBCR, rather than acknowledging the recurring issue and considing a reasonable improvement to the packaging, they dismissed my concerns and stated that they would not negotiate any resolution outside Whatnot's process. My complaint is specifically about the packaging and customer service when a recurring damage issue was brought to their attention. I hope BBCR will reconsider it's approach and take customer feedback more seriously.We responded professionally to this buyer’s concerns. BBCR has 8K+ Whatnot transactions and 1.3K reviews with 5.0 feedback. These orders were delivered to his designated Delaware address, then forwarded to Singapore, outside our control. The buyer contacted our separate BBCR business email regarding his Whatnot transactions and requested a discount on merchandise from our BBCR website to resolve a prior matter. We declined to negotiate discounts or credits outside Whatnot’s established resolution process and directed him to Whatnot’s buyer-protection procedures. Love the music! Beautiful Let it Be. Thanks! Crammed into 1 yes 1 cheap white shipper. They didn't fit, of course, so it was just taped with a paper bag spanning the 6 inch gap. UNBELIEVABLE! HUGE DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS SELLER UNLESS HE FIXES HIS SHIPPING. Super disappointed. No records were reported damaged.
