Prompt shipping Buyer beware!!! Items are not packaged well at all, the loungefly I won was thrown in the box with totes and other bags with no cover, bag, padding or any kind of protective material. This ruined the loungefly.. It was a sequin Maleficent and there are scratches on the front, sequins are snagged and ripped. This even messed up the totes. Tried reaching out to seller but only response was it was new when she got it… then nothing when I asked if shipping it with the totes unprotected and without any wrapping around the bag might be the problem- dead silence. Tried to get issues resolved before leaving negative feedback but nothing came back from seller. Item arrived with damages to the front. So sad because I love the bag but I can’t really display now cause you really see the scratches on the front of the bag. There’s also issues with the zipper. There’s stuff stuck in the zipper so it’s hard to open just overall sad for such a beautiful bag shipped without any protection. Tried reaching out to seller but didn’t really get an answer just that she bought it new…. Hopefully with time shipping improves.
