Was told I was receiving a NM copy of lysandre and it is MP/Damaged had whitening all over the back and along almost every side/corner and a few crease/scratch marks. Not only that but I won it over 3 weeks ago and am just now even receiving it. We’re sorry to hear that, the collection was labeled as NM from the collector we’re working with on those singles and we just didn’t hit the mark on that one, it’s the first time we’ve ever had a complaint about a card showing up in a condition not advertised, we did refund you the full amount you payed. 8 bulk = 6 energy and 5 common

The cards were mailed in an envelope that was cut in half and sealed. All of the cards arrived completely bent. That’s very interesting, we didn’t ship any ripped envelopes, potentially usps opened it? Either way I wish you would have sent us a message on how to fix that for you!
