I am sorry to hear that you are experiencing issues with it. When I mailed the watch, it was in working condition, although I acknowledge it is an older model with some wear and tear, which was reflected in the lower price. Yet I personally had no issues with it as I mailed it out. I would personally never sell a non working product. great seller beautiful watch
