Even with me still wanting the item regardless. Thank you Heather for going the extra mile to satisfy your buyers. She was quick to respond and shipping was fast and efficient. I can’t wait to see what other good finds she has to share. I purchased several items, but the most expensive one—a swimsuit listed as New With Tags—arrived with multiple stains. Following Whatnot’s guidelines, I reached out to the seller to resolve the issue, but instead of taking responsibility, she blocked me. Thankfully, Whatnot support stepped in, authorized a refund, and I will be returning the item. This seller clearly lacks customer service skills. item was exactly as described. video recipet even shows item in perfect stain free condition and was sealed in a mailer and sent off. only thing i can think of is buyer didn't like the way it fit and wanted money back. I only blocked her after I saw our resolution wasnt going anywhere and after I r3ached out to whatnot whom awarded me my money and asked buyer to ship item back to them. didn't want this buyer ever buying anything from me again so blocked. no reason to talk to her again. no other customers had issues.
