I’ve purchased from this seller before without issues, but I had a disappointing experience recently. I won a break spot during a surprise listing that was accidentally priced at £1. The packs were assigned to me live on stream, but afterward, the seller said it was a mistake and asked me to cancel.
I didn’t agree to cancel, but they’re refusing to send what I won. They also won’t cancel the order themselves because it affects their seller rating, so now the order just sits there unresolved.
I understand mistakes happen, but I don’t think buyers should be the ones to deal with the consequences when a listing goes wrong on the seller’s side. As a seller myself, I’ll always honor mistakes.
