The seller never once apologized for the mixup. Communication has been minimal. Not a great whatnot experience to say the least. I sent the buyer a detailed message with screenshots detailing how WN support assured me they had resolved this for her and apologized for the inconvenience. I never received this item. I received the wrong item and I never received a return slip or a refundI contacted WN support for assistance (I swapped labels by accident) and they assured me this was resolved for both buyers when it wasn’t.
