Reached out to seller but didn’t get any response, so I went through app for refund. I’ll try to wash and offer it to the child’s mom but don’t want to give a prewashed item as her actual birthday gift. Shipping was fast but I’ll probably stick to the main BlackCraft account for future purchases due to the customer service.
