Contacted the seller, she said she has no idea how it could happen. She told me to join her show again and buy something else again so she will send a new one. I rewatched the video very clearly and on one angle you could see item was like that already, seller didn’t mention it. Just sad experience. I’m a small seller too, but I’m truly responsible for any of my mistakes. I’m not saying this seller is bad, I just had bad experience and with customer service like that, not willing to return.
