I received a box/ it had been ripped open in shipping. 3 items were missing… I ordered a bunch but only 3 were gone. The seller was ridiculously rude and is literally asking me to take it up with the post office? That’s not how this works. Now support says I can send what I received back for a full refund. Ridiculous and not the way I should be treated. I would never expect someone to do that. I would refund the 3 items/ and take it up with the post office. Never again, don’t order from these people! They won’t help you at all. Loved my item! Thank you guys so much ❤️
