Timely manner
Thank you!
Everything arrived perfect, thank you very much!🔥 I paid $70 for this STH just out of the master set and it arrived broken (I would never pay that amount of money for a hot wheels that is not new, it is already the second time it happens, I don’t think I will buy on this platform again)And the most Sad thing is that in the transmission they don’t say anything about that and in the same way they pack it and send it instead of canceling the order, I’m very disappointedHello, first I want you to know that the claim you submitted is for a different item (you submitted the claim incorrectly)
Second, your Hot Wheels was packed with:
1. Blue tape
2. Bubble wrap
3. Protector case
4. Before the item was listed for sale, it was shown to the public
We ship our packages safely. However, if the package is thrown around or mishandled during transit, that is unfortunately out of my control. I always make sure my customers receive their orders well protected
You can review the video receipt of your order and clearly see that the blister was not broken, I have proof I received all of the the amazing Factory Sealed vehicles that I purchased off of your show. The items were packaged very professionally and securely and arrived fully in tact. I am going to enjoy adding them to my collection as Factory Sealed are some of my favorite vehicles.
