Everything is pre-inspected and tested prior to shipping. The piece was also bubble wrapped prior to packaging. Please send me a video showing the correct batteries added in the item & that the item isn’t working (without any stops in between) & if so then I will send you a gift card with your money back! Item came well packaged within, no dents,, would totally recommend better packaging "tape" only because I'm sure during travel these boxes bounced a lot from place to place and tape adhesive does take toll but all in all, I doubt that's a big issue-- just a friendly observation, that's all.
