This negative review seems to be in response to me responding to another false negative review. I did double check this order as well and items did match pre listing figs and descriptions. This was packed with figures individually wrapped and all sent in a box. They won a giveaway as well. I have never written a bad review but this was earned , I was given a figure called new and clean with cracks indeed had a cracks and yellowing Hello, I did check order and video receipt. Item was described as used not new. I did show condition on screen and discussed yellowing to leg. I did show figure from all angles without cracks. It was shipped in hard case inside a box. If there was confusion on condition after delivery or damage in transit, I would have done what I could to fix it if you had contacted me directly. Great figs, well priced and perfectly shipped.
