I ordered a var. frydek and baby black velvet alo. They got stuck in the post office over the weekend (my fault/hurricanes fault). They reached out when it was marked as delievered, but since I couldn’t grab it for a couple of days, we were both a little worried. Both alos came in AMAZING condition considering they were abandoned over the weekend. My var. frydek lost its oldest, most variegated leaf, and all the other leaves looked amazing:) Overall, incredibly happy with this purchase! Packaging is gorgeous and sellers customer service is above and beyond! Highly recommend purchasing if you haven’t yet! Plant came packaged well !!! Great plant. Can’t wait to watch it grow
Took like 10 days but the plant arrived healthy enough love all my new plans they are beautiful even better in person packed with perfection no broken leaves or anything would highly recommend such beautiful and secure packing! my plants were extremely happy upon arrival - almost as if Ashley had hand delivered them. thank you so very much!! It was a stunning plant on the live stream but in person wow!!! My plant came perfectly packaged. It did not move at all and was exactly as shown in the video. It looked perfect! The plants were packaged perfect and beautiful. All my purchases were even better in person. My package was left at my house Saturday I was gone for the weekend so it sit there in the box and the plants were perfect. Love the personal touches. I got my plants so quickly! They were wrapped so well there was no spilled dirt or broken leaves! I love them and can’t wait to get more!
