However, the bottom of the teapot arrived cracked and broken. There’s a hole in the bottom. It was wrapped well and clearly marked fragile. I took pictures. The little pig charm was an adorable little freebie. I absolutely love all of my treasures!! The chefs with chalkboard and the angel bird feeder were much larger than I expected, which was a welcomed surprise! One of the chefs unfortunately got broken during shipment, but I was able to super glue it & is good as new now. (The vendor had packaged it well and labeled it a fragile) I believe it was damaged during delivery and at no fault to "bloomers and the barn sale" Thank you!! Always happy to buy from Cynthia. Very little packing and the items were tossing around loosely in the box due to the lack of bubble wrap and paper. I did not ask for a refund because the items were so inexpensive. I did tell the seller the condition and the packing issues and she had no response. If I had it to do over, I would ask for a refund. I would not purchase any breakable items from this seller. I am so sorry. I do wish you would have asked for a refund, those items were insured. I'm not sure if it's too late to ask for one but you need pictures of the box. I'm sure there's a dent in that box where it got hit with something heavy. (31 year post office employee here) I did not receive any messages from you. I am not one bit afraid of giving a refund. Just let me know how I can make this better for you. It is very aggravating to pay shipping charges and then getting a broken mess, I definitely understand. I value you and your business.
